The Sitio Balibago Daycare Center is a two-room, one-storey building that is powered by 5kW hybrid solar system. The design structure of Balibago Daycare Center is made of bricks (a locally produce product of Barangay Semirara), thus the solar power system was designed to provide sustainable electricity in the rooms considering the fluctuating power in the area. The design concept assures continues education and uninterrupted activities of the students. This daycare center can accommodate 50-70 preparatory students, coming from different sitios in the barangay.
